Can The Ultimate Push-Up Program Be Done At Home?

Absolutely! The Ultimate Push-Up Program is VERY home-workout friendly. Many of the exercises in The Ultimate Push-Up Program use bodyweight only. This includes many of the advanced exercises.


While some exercises use dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance band, TRX, or a pull-up bar, these exercises are VERY modifiable and can be adapted to meet the equipment you have at your disposal. In the program, for certain exercises I provide you with an alternative option (and include a full write-up and video). But if you need another option, I will gladly provide one. 


This program can also be done at the gym. 

How Long Will Each Phase Take? How Long Will Each Workout Take? 

A general guideline for each phase is 4-12 weeks. Some phases may be faster and some slower depending on your fitness level and technical ability. It is not a race, so take your time. Most exercises can be made more challenging by adding more resistance (or a band), by altering the tempo, or by performing the high end of the rep range. For the push-up regressions in Phase 1, if you can perform 100% of your reps with good form, you may move on to the next phase’s push-up variations. 


Each workout generally takes around 35-45 minutes to complete. If you add in extra exercises, or have a customized warm-up or cool-down, this will increase the overall length of your workout. 

Is The Ultimate Push-Up Program Suitable For People Who Can Already Do Push-Ups? 

Yes! If you can already do push-ups,   you will get to learn many different advanced, innovative, and extremely effective push-up variations. You will likely also improve your current push-up form so you will be able to perform more reps, and more efficiently.  


I am also giving you many exercises that target your entire body, but most notably, your core muscles and upper body. The Ultimate Push-Up Program will also have a very strong carryover to the other exercises you do in the gym. If you think bodyweight training is easy, The Ultimate Push-Up Program will humble you very quickly ;)

Is The Ultimate Push-Up Program Suitable For Beginners? 

Absolutely! This program will meet YOU wherever you currently are, and will lead you to push-up prominence, and well beyond. So if you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced, or elite trainee, or a coach, this program will be very beneficial to you.


In phase 1 of this 4 phase program, you will be taught the fundamentals, and will create a very solid foundation. This phase will be valuable for beginners and intermediates, and really anyone who is looking to dramatically improve their push-up form.

Does The Ultimate Push-Up Program Address The Full Body?

Yes. While the main focus in The Ultimate Push-Up Program is the upper body and core, this program includes exercises that address the full body. That being said, if you have any muscle groups (or movements) you wish to target to a larger degree, you are welcome to perform additional exercises after you have completed the recommended workout from The Ultimate Push-Up Program, or you can perform other exercises on “off days.” While this program will absolutely address physique-related goals, you can perform additional exercises.

Is The Ultimate Push-Up Program Suitable For Men?

This should go without saying, YES! The Ultimate Push-Up Program IS for people of all genders. In fact, a huge number of the people who have purchased my programs are men. Like all exercises, the push-up IS a gender neutral exercise. When it comes to training for push-ups, the same concepts apply to people of all genders. You need to develop push-up specific technique, upper body strength, shoulder and scapular controlled mobility, lumbo-pelvic stability, and so forth. This program addresses 100% of these requirements, and so much more.

Can The Ultimate Push-Up Program Be Done In Conjunction With Another Program You Are Following?

Yes. You can either make The Ultimate Push-Up Program your main program and compliment it with another program. Or you can follow your program and can incorporate many exercises from The Ultimate Push-Up Program into your current program. Also, as The Ultimate Push-Up Program is to be followed 3-4 days per week, you can perform your program on the “off days.” That being said, it’s important to take one day off per week. Many of the people who have purchased my programs are powerlifters, Crossfitters, runners, and bodybuilders. 

I Am A Strength Coach/Personal Trainer. Will The Ultimate Push-Up Program Be Useful To My Coaching?

Yes. When I created The Ultimate Push-Up Program, I had two objectives. One was to teach people from around the world how to perform push-ups, and extremely advanced push-up variations. The second objective was to create a very comprehensive manual coaches would have at their disposal. In fact, I have received MANY amazing messages from coaches who have purchased my programs to use as a learning tool. I expect the same trend to occur with The Ultimate Push-Up Program.
